We ship daily from our warehouse. Products ordered before 2:00 pm US Eastern Time ship the same day.
RETURNS
Most store items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
CAN I GET MY SHIPPING COST REFUNDED?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
